摘要
高校办公室作为高校的管理中枢,承担着参谋、协调、服务、督办、信息传递等基本职能,必须与时俱进。不断提高工作的整体水平。文章首先阐述了高校办公室的主要职能,并从当前高校办公室管理存在的主要问题入手,有针对性地探讨了新形势下高校办公室管理的对策,不断提高管理水平和工作效能。以适应新形势下高校健康快速发展的客观要求。
As the management center of colleges and universities ,the college and university office undertakes some basic functions such as advising, coordination, service, supervision and information delivery etc. , so it must keep pace with the times and enhance the overall level of work constantly. This article first elaborates the main functions of college and university office, and then starts with the major problems that exist in the current college and university office management. Subsequently,it is aimed at discussing the countermeasures of college and university office management under the new situation and how to improve the management level and efficiency unceasingly to adapt to the objective requirements of the healthy and rapid development of colleges and universities under the new situation.
