近十年来，我国高等教育取得了跨越式的发展，毛入学率达23％左右，但大学生就业难的问题也成为一个不争的事实，并呈现越来越难的趋势，成为社会各界关注的焦点问题。大学生就业难难在何处？本文从剖析大学生就业现状入手，并通过实证分析，提出解决大学生就业难的对策。

Within the recent ten years,Chinese higher education has got a great-leap-forward development. The pure percentage of young people who enter university has reached 23%. Therefore, the fact that it is difficult for a graduate to start a career becomes a popular phenomenon and this problem is becoming more serious day by day. All social circles begin to pay close attention on work status of university students. What are the fundamental reasons of the low employment for the graduates？ The article starts with the analyses of present employment situation of university graduates. Then through empirical analysis the author gives some countermeasures on how to deal with the problem of low employment of university graduates.
