当前,我国烟草行业在“深化改革,推动重组,走向联合,共同发展”的改革战略下一个以大品牌、大市场、大企业为目标的兼并重组正在稳步推进,在信息技术日新月异的大变革时代,支撑中国烟草商业系统运行的信息系统面临着一系列的流程重组和集成整合课题。
