浅论现代领导特质的六个层面

摘要 本文在传统领导特质理论研究基础上,结合管理实践提出了一种新的领导特质理论。理论从宏观、中观、微观三个不同的角度提出并阐述了律己、创新、务实、求精、制衡、秉情六个层面,而领导特质的这六个层面在涵盖了传统领导的三种职能,即处理与人、与事、与时间的关系的同时,提出了处理与“己”的关系,使理论具有较强的系统性、可操作性。 This article in the traditional leadership special characteristic fundamental research foundation, the union management practice advanced one kind of new leadership special characteristic theory. The theory from macroscopic, the intermediate perspective the microscopic three different angles proposed and elaborated self-criticizes the innovation practical strives for to keep in balance to hold the sentiment six stratification planes fine but led the special characteristic these six stratification planes in to cover the traditional leadership three functions namely processing and the human with the matter,with time relations at the same time,proposed processing with "oneself" the relations, enable the theory to have the strong systematic characteristic the feasibility.
