基于“职业价值锚”的组织契合度研究

在分析Chatman的价值观契合度基础上，本文认为目前组织与员工关于职业的共识应构成价值观的核心内容。提出“职业价值锚”的概念，并就员工与组织的“职业价值锚”进行分析，最后，提出了基于“职业价值锚”基础上的组织与员工契舍度模型，对Chatman的模型进行了丰富。

In analyzes Chatman in the values agreeing with foundation, this article thought at present organizes and the staff should constitute the values core content about the occupation mutual recognition, proposed ＂professional value anchor＂ the concept, and ＂the professional value anchor＂ carries on the analysis on the staff and the organization, finally, proposed based on ＂the professional value anchor＂ in the foundation organization and the staff agreeing with model,has carried on richly to the Chatman model.
