摘要
“互联网”“顾客经济”这些重大经营环境的“突变”使得传统管理学百年来创立的管理理论和积累的管理经验倍受挑战。为此,本文从顾客经济的角度出发,依据目前盛行的企业价值网理论,分析了企业价值网作为一个整体如何提升竞争力的对策模型,从而为企业制定相关竞争决策提供了一种新的理论依据。
"Inter'net" and "customer economy" have operated a new "mutations" environment in which traditional management theory and much experience has faced many challenges. Therefore, this article from the customer economy point of view, based on currently prevalent net - value theory, has analyzed the model about the enterprise net - value how to enhance enterprise competitiveness in the net-value as a whole, so enterprise is provided a new theory about its decision-making.
