应当发行一种专供农民使用的货币

阻碍农村经济发展的根本因素是来自城市的竞争。只在本国流通的货币能保护本国的弱小企业，使之避开和国外大企业的竞争。相应地，只在农村某一地区流通的货币，也就能有效地保护本地区弱小的农村企业，使之避开外面的城市大企业的竞争。由此得到了解决问题的方法：发行一种只在农村某一地区流通的、只能用于购买本地农村企业产品的货币——农民币。货币对经济发展有着重大的影响，这种影响可以是正面的，也可以是负面的，关键在于货币是否适应当地的经济情况。现在的人民币已经不适应于农村现在的经济情况，所以要发行一种专供农民等下层民众使用的货币。

The present Renminbi already did not adapt in the countryside present economical situation, therefore must distribute one kind the currency which feeds specially lower level populace and so on the farmer to use.
