高性能聚吡咯复合膜的制备

摘要 用化学氧化法将聚吡咯沉积到碳纤维上,制得聚吡咯-碳纤维复合膜(PPy-CF),对复合模进行了表征。在复合膜上再电镀一层二巯基硫杂茂(DMCT),得到(PPy-DMCT-CF)复合膜,测试了该膜的电化学性能。该复合膜具有148mA·h·g-1的高储荷密度,是全固态钮电池的理想正极材料。 Polypyrrole carbon fiber (PPy-CF) composite films were prepared by chemical oxidation of ploymerization of pyrrole at the surface of CF covered teflon substrate following a layer-bylayer deposition approach. Characterization of the composite film. Polypyrrole-poly (dimercaptothiodiazole ) - carbon fiber composite film with thickness of 120μm andspecific capacity of 148mA. h. per gram (electrode) has been prepared by electroplat withDMCT onto the PPy-CF comosite film. The composite film can be used as an electrode material for secondary battery.
