邓小平人本政治观体现在坚持人民群众主体地位,落实在坚持人民利益为政策制定出发点和归宿,目标是保证人民依法行使民主权利,奠定了新型执政观的理论基础,阐述了"为人民发展"的治国理念,形成了"以人民为本"的政治取向。
Deng Xiao - ping＇ s political concept lies in adhering to the masses of the people in the dominant position,implementing the policy of upholding the people＇ s interests as the starting point and destination. The goal is to ensure that the people exercise their democratic rights according to law, which prepares the theoretical ground for a new concept of governance and formes a＂ people -centered ＂political inclination.
