摘要
中国古代文官选拔制度是古代文官管理制度的基本环节,亦是传统行政法制文化的重要内容。历代统治者在国家的行政实践中,发明和创设了一系列文官选拔制度,诸如军功爵制、养士制、察举征辟制、九品中正制和科举制等。尽管这些制度带有强烈的"人治"色彩,但其一些合理内核,如选拔方式多样化、选拔标准硬性化、选拔范围社会化、选拔程序规范化、选拔制度法制化等,对我们今天党政领导干部的选拔和公务员的考录,仍然具有可资借鉴的价值。
The civil servants - selecting system of ancient China is a basic link of ancient civil servants - administering system, and an important content of traditional administrative legal systematic culture. In the practice of national administration, dominant of successive dynasties invented and created a series of civil servants - selecting system, such as "Jungong" , " Yangshi" , " Chaju" and" Zhenpi" , "Jiupin Zhongzheng" and "Keju" and so on. Though these systems are much human -governed, its reasonable crux of the matter, such as the diversities of selecting style, the inflexibility of selecting standards, the socialization of selecting range of selecting procedures, the legalization of selecting systems and so on, is still of great value ting work of the Communist Party leaders and government officials.
