28例异位妊娠误诊分析

Misdiagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy(An Analysis of 28 Cases)

目的通过对异位妊娠误诊原因进行分析,以提高对异位妊娠的诊断能力,特别是对不典型病例的诊断及鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析我院2004年1月至2007年12月收治的异位妊娠误诊病例28例,就其误诊的病案以及误诊原因进行分析讨论。结果异位妊娠误诊原因主要有以下几点:(1)个别临床医师对异位妊娠缺乏认识;(2)询问病史不详;(3)过分强调某一征象而放松对该病的警惕。结论临床医师只要在思想上提高对异位妊娠的认识、仔细询问病史、了解临床症状、及时做好相关检查,就能提高诊断率,减少误诊。

Objective To analyze the misdiagnosis of eetopie pregnancy so as to raise the diagnosis accuracy. Methods A retrospective analysis was made to the clinical data of the 28 cases with ectopie pregnancy hospitalized from Jan., 2004 to Dec., 2007. Resuits The misdiagnosis of ectopie pregnancy were mainly caused by： 1. doctors＇ lack of thorough eognition of eetopie pregnancy; 2. eareless ease history consultation; 3. over-stress on one certain symptom but not the whole. Conclusions Better cognition of ectopie pregnancy, careful case history consuhation, thorough understanding of the clinical symptoms and related examinations ean help raise the diagnosis accuraey.
