摘要
研究低剂量吡虫啉药剂对多异瓢虫(Hippodamia variegate(Goeze))捕食力的影响,结果表明:该农药在低剂量下能较大发挥多异瓢虫对害虫的控制作用,其中扑虱蚜为2 000倍液时,多异瓢虫完全取食率最低,比无农药环境下减少约13%;多异瓢虫的捕食量以施用50 000倍液的艾美乐时最大,取食时间仅为不施药状态下的29%.在低剂量农药环境下,多异瓢虫的繁殖力有一定降低,在10 000和20 000倍液的艾美乐溶液及2 000倍液的扑虱蚜作用下,多异瓢虫产卵量显著低于不施药状态.
Influence of the low-dose treatment of Imidaclopri to predatory response and reproduction of Hippodarnia variegata (Goeze) was studied. The results showed that the predating number of Hippodamia variegate was lowest under 2 000 Pushiya treatment, which reduced by 13% compared with normal environment. The highest predating number was under 50 000 Aimeile treatment. The predating time of the fittest low-dose pesticide accounted for 29~ of without pesticide treatment. But the fecundity of Hippodamia variegate was lower under low-dose pesticide treatment. Fecundity under 10 000.20 000 Aimeile and 2 000 Pushiya treating were significantly lower than that of without pesticide treatment.
