On moving of rural labor force in Ningxia

农村富余劳动力转移是社会主义新农村建设的重要战略举措.从社会主义新农村建设的视角,通过对宁夏农村劳动力转移的历史、现状及趋势分析,总结宁夏劳动力转移面临的机遇和挑战,提出了宁夏农村劳动力转移健康发展的对策.

It is an important strategy for the establishment of socialist new countryside to transter rural surplus labor force. From the visual angle of establishment of socialist new countryside, through analysis of the history, present situation and tendency of moving of rural labor force in Ningxia, the opportunity and the challenge for moving of labor force in Ningxia were summarized and countermeasures and suggestions for moving of rural labor force in Ningxia were proposed.
