摘要
目的研究无翻盖橡胶瓶塞无菌溶液的取倒方法。方法将无翻盖橡胶瓶塞的0.9%氯化钠溶液在控制状态下分为冲洗组和不冲洗组;自然状态下分为实验组和对照组。冲洗组取液前倒出溶液2—15ml冲洗瓶口;不冲洗组开瓶后直接取液;对照组取自急诊科工作的医生、护士及外科换药室护士未经训练新开瓶方法前开瓶使用后溶液;实验组取自急诊科医生、护士及外科换药室护士按新方法训练后不冲洗组开瓶使用后溶液,各组取液前均用75%酒精消毒瓶塞外周后直接倒出溶液1ml至无菌营养肉汤培养管进行细菌培养。结果自然状态下两组均有细菌生长,但具有统计学意义(P〈0.5)。结论无翻盖橡胶瓶塞无菌溶液倒取时可不冲洗瓶口,但必须遵循无菌技术操作原则。
Objective To sudy the method of sterile solution inverted from no flip rubber stop- per. Methods There will be no flip rubber stopper of 0. 9% sodium chloride solution in the state under the con- trol points : washing and flushing group. Under the natural state : the experimental group and control group. 2 ~ 15 ml solution were exhalansed from group admission before taking liquid to rinse the mouth of the bottle. No rinsing group was opened bottles to obtain liquid directly. The experimental group drawn from the solution obtained by doctors, nurses and nurses in the emergency department before new method training. The control group drawn from doctors, nurses in the emergency department according to the new methods in no washing group. Each group disinfected with 75% alcohol before obtaining solution, and exhalansed 1 ml solution into sterility nutrient broth culture. Results The natural state of the two groups have bacterial growth, with statistical significance , but P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion Sterile solution rinsed from no flip inverted rubber stopper can no washing mouth of the bottle , but must abide by the principle of aseptic technique.
