摘要
本文通过试验研究了高白填料氢铝、钙粉及高白填料氢铝与钙粉混合料所制作的人造石板材性能的差异。结果表明,添加了四种不同填料(高白填料氢铝(1#AH、2#AH)、钙粉、高白填料氢铝与钙粉混合料(6:4))所制作的人造石板材在以下性能方面存在明显差异:①2#AH人造石专用料与树脂的混合粘度最低(15900cP),钙粉与树脂混合粘度最高(18500cP);②用钙粉作填料制作的人造石板材透光性很低,在钙粉中加入高白填料氢铝后可使人造石板材的透光性明显提高,但是钙粉板的白度较高(L值=82.76);③在弯曲性能上,高白填料氢铝板材明显优于钙粉板;④在阻燃性能方面,高白填料氢铝(1#AH、2#AH)制作的人造石板材的氧指数分别达到43和42.5,钙粉板的氧指数仅为25,加钙粉量为40%的钙粉与高白填料氢铝的混合料制作的人造石板材的氧指数为31。而在拉伸性能、硬度、冲击性能方面相差不大;在耐污性能有所不同,钙粉板对口红的耐污性较好,氢铝、氢铝与钙粉混合料制作的人造石板材对醋和酱油的耐污性比较好。
This paper studied properties differentials of the man - made sheets made of high whiteness aluminum hydroxide filler ( high whiteness AH), calcium and their blends. The results showed, man- made sheets with four different fillers (high whiteness AH (1^# AH, 2^# AH), calcium powder and their blends(6: 4)), have the obvious differences in the following properties:(1) The adhesive mixed 2^# AH with resin is the lowest ( 15900cp), the highest adhesive is blending calcium powder with resin (18500cp) ;② The light transmission of with calcium powder fillers, but putting high whiteness AH into calcium power can improve light transmission, meanwhile, the sheets have higher whiteness (L= 82.76) ;③For the flexure properties, AH sheets are better than calcium powder sheets; ④For flame retardant, the oxygen index of the man - made sheets with 1^# AH, 2^# AH fillers is separately 43 and 42.5, calcium sheets 25, the sheets with 40% calcium powder and AH filler 31. In addition, their tensile, rigid, impact properties are similar.
