摘要
针对现代集成电路的集成程度越来越高,传统的可靠性分析方法变得很难实现的现状,提出了运用蒙特卡罗法研究集成电路可靠性仿真技术,建立一个概率模型或随机过程,使它的参数等于问题的解,然后通过对模型或过程的观察或抽样实验来计算所求参数的统计特征,最后给出所求问题的解的近似值。蒙特卡罗仿真法的优点在于能反映电子器件使用过程中的随机特性,使用该方法几乎不受系统复杂性的限制。
Aimed at the size of integrated circuit(IC) becoming more and more small, it's function becoming more and more perfect, resulting in the traditional reliability analyzing methods becoming difficult to implement,a new method to use Monte Carlo-method simulation technology to research the IC reliability was put forward. First,a probability model or a random process is established,and that makes its parameter to be equal to the solution of the question. Then, through observing the model or the process or the sampling experiment, the statistical characteristic of the parameter will be calculated. Finally,the approximate solution of the question will he supplied. The merits of Monte-Carlo simulation lies in that it reflects the stochastic characteristic of the electronic device during using,and by using this method the system complex nearly can't limit it.
