摘要
对H75型模头的结构、控制原理及使用中存在的问题进行了探讨，并对模唇侧密封进行了改造，结果表明，使用周期长、一次更换成功率高、成本低，同时还将新型模头与传统型模头进行比较，展望了模头发展的趋势。
In this artical, the structure of H75 die, principle of controll and the shortcoming in the process of produce were discussed and the end seals of die lip were reformati0ns are available to increase the useful life, the success rate of exchange and discrease the cost- Meantime we compared the modern die with the traditi0na1 die and preview the developmental tendency of die in future.
