浙江省经济增长与环境污染的关系研究

On the Relationship between Environmental Pollution and Economic Growth in Zhejiang Province

选取1980-2005年浙江省的环境与经济统计数据,以工业废水排放量、废气排放量和固体废物产生量为环境指标,以人均GDP为经济指标,建立浙江省经济增长与环境污染水平计量模型,对浙江省经济增长与环境污染之间的关系进行了回归分析.结果表明:浙江省环境增长和环境污染关系曲线与传统的环境库兹涅茨曲线——二次曲线并不吻合,而是呈现出三次曲线的趋势.废水和废气排放曲线为倒S型,固体废物产生曲线为单调递增型.

Based on the economic and environmental data in Zhejiang Province in the period of 1980 -2005, three environment indicators of the total volume of industrial waste water and gas discharged and the production volume of industrial solid wastes are selected as dependent factors. The Pereapita GDP is chosen as independent factor. A regression model is set up to analyze the relationship between economic growth and environmental changes. The results indicates that the relationship curves between economic growth and environmental changes are not eousistent with the traditional Environmental Kuznets Curve-Quadratic, hut accorded with Cubic. And the regression curves of the total volume of industrial waste water discharged and of the total volume of industrial waste gas discharged takes an S-shape. The regression curves of the production volume of industrial solid wastes shows the monotone increasing. Therefore, it can he seen that to some degree, environmental pollution is the basis of the economic growth in Zhejiang Province. At the same time, environment changes are not only influenced by economic factors, but also influenced by national or local environment policy and environmental investment.
