中印国有银行公司治理改革的比较研究及启示

A Comparative Study of Reforms of State-owned Bank Corporations between China and India and its Enlightenment on China

本文对印度和中国的国有银行公司治理改革从改革规划、监管环境、产权变革和董事会特征四个方面进行了比较研究,同时指出两国银行治理改革存在的不足具有相似之处,提出我国国有银行应继续在产权、董事会特征以及监管环境方面进一步市场化和规范化的建议。

On the basis of a comparative study of the transformation of plan, supervision and regulation environment, transformation of property right, and characteristics of board of directors between India and China, this article draws a conclusion that there exist certain similarities in insufficiency of bank system transformation between the two countries, and offer a proposal that China's state-owned banks should further marketization and standardization of property right, board of directors, and supervision and regulation environment.
