摘要
本文主要对无机非金属材料晶体因固溶外来离子而对晶体强度和韧性的贡献进行阐述。本文从固溶类型、点阵畸变、畸变应力着手进行讨论。
Seeing that inorganic non-metal material crystal soluted exteral ion,the strengh and toughness of it had been further increased。Base upon this point,in this paper we discuss mainly the mechanism of increasing strengh and toughness in solid solution through interpreting type of solid solution,lattice distortion,distortion stress and so on.
