摘要
在ＰＨ值为５．５—６的醋酸盐缓冲溶液中，钴与亚硝基红盐生成稳定红色络合物，可用分光光度计测定钴的含量，铜、镍、铁、锰等有色金属元素，不干扰测定。
In acetic acid buffer solution at PH 5.5-6,cobalt can react with nitroso R salt to form red stable complex compound.Spectrophotometer can be used to measure contents of cobalt in it.Cu,Fe,Ni,Mn etc.coloured metals will not interfere with determination.
