降低拖拉机轮胎胎体帘布胶含胶率的研究

摘要 本研究降低拖拉机轮胎胎体帘布胶含胶率的方法是:在生胶体系中用充油丁苯橡胶替代SBR;提高炭黑用量或用SAC硅铝炭黑、SOS超细活性碳酸钙部分替代炭黑。结果是:胎体帘布胶的含胶率下降至55.39%,胶料混炼工艺正常、炭黑分散度高、工艺操作性能改善,成品性能达到或超过国家标准。 The following measures have been taken to reduce the rubber content in cord ply compound of tractor tire: a) use OESBR instead of SBR; b) increase the black level; c) use SAC aluminum silicate or SOS super fine active calcium carbonate partly instead of carbon black. The results show that the rubber content in cord ply compound has decreased to 55.39%; the processibility of compound is improved and a good dispersion of carbon black is obtained; the performance of finished tire is accordance with the national standard; the production cost is decreased.
