摘要
用药致病或致命已成为当今社会威胁人类健康的大问题,因此ADR监测工作已成为各国药品监督管理体系的重要组成部分,文章对我国与世界各国ADR病例报告制度进行了比较,并且通过从伦理的角度对我国历年ADR病例报告制度数据审读,分析了ADR病例报告主体的主观能动性缺失的原因。
Pathogenicity or fatal disease caused by medication is the major threat to health,thus ADR monitoring has become an important component of the international drug supervision and management system. Compared the ADR-Case-Report System of China with those of other countries,and viewed the ADR cases reports from the ethical point, reasons of the deficiency of subjective initiative are analyzed.
