摘要
近年来我国高校普遍得到了迅速发展,在以扩招为主要标志的新一轮发展中推进教师管理方面的改革,成为提高教育质量的重要环节。通过从教师聘任制度、考核制度、激励制度三个方面对中美高等院校教师管理制度的比较分析,指出国内高校应该结合我国和本校的实际情况,借鉴美国高校教师管理的成功经验,推进教师管理制度的人本化、规范化、法治化。
Chinese Universities have achieved great improvement in teachers management recently. In a new round of development with Enrollment Expansion as a main symbol, promoting the reform of teachers management becomes an important link to improve the education quality. Comparing the teacher appointment system, the teaching evaluation system, and the teaching motivation system in universities of China and USA, this paper points out that Chinese universities should use for reference the successful experiences of the universities of USA according to China's and universities' conditions, to improve the humanity, normalization and legalization of the teachers management system.
