摘要
根据高速轿车轮胎的性能要求,借鉴国内外的配方技术特征,围绕着改善抗湿滑性能进行了配方探索性试验。初期结果表明,采用以SBR为主的全SR配方,扩大炭黑用量,同时提高操作油用量,胶料物理机械性能可以满足技术要求,混炼工艺也是可行的。
A study has been made on the compounding of tire crown to improve the wet grip according to the requirement of speed rated passenger car tire. The preliminary result shows that the desired physical properties and the good millability of the compound can be obtained by using a whole SR formula based on SBR with higher level of carbon black and processing oil.
