针对"5.12"抗震救灾野战医疗队时间紧迫、伤情复杂、条件艰苦等工作实际情况,医疗队采取依托当地医院联合救治、完善管理体系、协调统配资源、整合专业优势、发挥团队力量等方法,确保了医疗队各项工作的有序运行,对顺利完成救治任务、维护灾区群众的生命安全发挥了积极的作用。
