远程会诊在汶川大地震重症伤员救治中的作用

Application of Tele Consultation in Wenchuan Earthquake Rescue for The Serious Wounded

利用卫星通信网络远程会诊和直升机后送伤员可以有效地提高抢救成功率,挽救伤员的生命,提高伤员生活质量,避免大量人员伤亡。本文结合在5.12汶川地震伤员救治中的实践和教训,指出应用卫星网络远程会诊和直升机后送伤员可以实现高效、快速、有目的救治,最大限度降低死亡率、致残率,并为大型灾害伤员救治工作提出指导性意见。

The success rate of rescue could be improved by applying tele consultation and helicopter evacuation, which also could improve the life quality of the wound and escape the casualties. In the paper, the author combining the practices and exercises of the rescue action, proposed that applying tele consultation and helicopter evacuation could realize the target of quick and high quality rescue which can reduce the mortality rate and disabled rate and provide guideline opinions for great disaster rescue.
