308例退院患者影响因素分析

Analysis on Influence Factors of Canceling Hospitalization of 308 Inpatients

目的:通过研究退院患者发生规律,找出患者退院影响因素,提出应对患者退院率高的办法,从而提高医院经济和社会效益。方法:选取某医院一定日期期间内住院和退院患者为研究对象,利用医院H IS系统采集正常住院和退院患者相关信息,利用SPSS软件对其进行相关统计学处理。结果:不同季度退院率差别显著,以第四季度最低;不同就诊时段退院率差别显著,以晚5点到次日早上8点前就诊退院率最高;不同病种退院率差别显著;因经济困难而放弃治疗退院率明显高于其它退院原因。结论:合理分配医疗资源,配齐配强急诊医疗设备和接诊医师。

Objective：Through the research on the occurrence regulation of canceling hospitalization of inpatient to find out the influence factors of canceling hospitalization and put forward some measures. Methods： The inpatients and canceling hospitalization were selected in some periods as study objects. And with HIS system the related information of the patients were collected, and then the data were analyzed with software of SPSS. Results： The rate of canceling hospitalization was obvious difference in different quarters, and in the fourth quarter the rate was lowest; The rate is obvious difference in difference visit time, and from 5：00 P.M. upon the next day before 8：00 A. M. the canceling rate was highest; The rate was obvious difference in different disease grows; and canceling rate was highest in people with low economic ability. Conclusion ： The reasonable allocation of medical treatment resources, strengthening emergency medical equipment and doctors are the main measures to reduce the canceling rate.
