平行流列管式固定床反应器管外流体的模拟 被引量:6

摘要 运用计算流体力学软件 FLUENT6.1对平行流列管式固定床反应器环形流道及管间流体的流动进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,流体进入环形流道后流速急剧变化,要达到环形流道内侧壁沿圆周流量均匀分配,就必须在不同的位置开不同尺寸的孔,反应器进口挡板和分布板的设置使管间流体在进入反应器后径向分布基本均匀。建立冷模实验装置,测定流体在反应器管间不同高度同一截面上的压力分布,实验结果表明,反应器管间流体达到均匀分布。管间流体压力的模拟值与实验值相比较,两者吻合良好。 The characteristics of fluid flow in the annular distributor and shell side were simulated by software FLUENT 6.1. The simulation results showed that variation of hole size on the side wall of annular distributor could make the fluid flow uniformly. And adding inlet baffles and distribution plates in the reactor could get more uniformity flow distribution. Experiments were carried out to measure the pressure distribution along the flow direction. The experimental results showed that the distribution of pressure of shell side was uniformly, which was compatible with the simulation predictions.
