溶剂和溶质对胶质液泡稳定性和平均直径的影响

摘要 考察了溶剂、溶质的性质对胶质液泡稳定性和平均直径的影响。结果表明,溶剂极性影响显著,溶剂极性越大,胶质液泡稳定性越差,平均直径越小;有机酸溶质的加入对制得的胶质液泡稳定性影响很小,但会明显地减小胶质液泡的平均直径;在溶质加入量相同时,溶质的性质对胶质液泡稳定性和平均直径影响不大,但会改变吸附层分子的排列紧密度,因此,随着溶质浓度的增大,胶质液泡平均直径出现了一个极小值,使用不同溶剂时胶质液泡平均直径变化规律相似。 Effects of solvent and solute on stability and mean diameter of colloidal liquid aphrons (CLAs) prepared from non-ionic and ionic surfactants were investigated. The results showed that the polarity of organic solvents influenced greatly the stability and mean diameter of CLAs, the stability and mean diameter of CLAs would decrease with the increasing of the polarity of organic solvent; the addition of solute did not change the stability of CLAs significantly, but decreased the mean diameter of CLAs. It was found that the different solutes with the same concentration did not affect the CLAs stability and mean diameter significantly but changed the closeness of molecules on the adsorption layer. With the increasing of the solute concentration, CLAs mean diameter would reach a minimum and different solutes had the similar laws.
