两种波纹板通道内的流动及换热比较 被引量:4

COMPARISON STUDY OF FLOW AND HEAT TRANSFER CHARACTERISTICS IN TWO KINDS OF WAVY CHANNELS

摘要 采用非稳态算法,计算了周期性正弦型和三角形两种波纹板通道内的流动和换热,比较了它们的平均阻力系数和平均努赛尔数.结果表明,在较大流量下,两种通道内的流动均出现了自维持振荡现象,但是两者相比正弦型通道波纹板的换热和压降均较大。 The flow and periodical triangle channel heat transfer performances both in periodical sinusoidal channel and in were calculated using a unsteady numerical methods, and their average resistance coefficients and average Nu numbers were compared with each other. The results indicate that self-sustained oscillations flow appears in the two kinds of channels when the mass flux is great over a fixed value. But flow and heat transfer performance are different in the two kinds of wavy channels, and the heat transfer and pressure lose in the sinusoidal channel are larger than that in the triangle channel.
