摘要 利用时域有限差分法(FDTD)分析了PCB传输线的串扰问题,并对一种新的基于电磁带隙结构(EBG)的抑制措施进行了验证,并证明了其有效性。文中所得的数据和结论对实际的PCB设计以及相关的一些工程实现具有实际意义。 The characteristic of the PCB transmission lines is analyzed with a method of direct time-domain finite difference, and crosstalk suppressed with EBG structure between PCB transmission lines is validated. The data and conclusion of this paper are useful to the PCB design and other related works.
