溶胶-凝胶法制备Fe掺杂In_2O_3薄膜的室温铁磁性 被引量:3

摘要 采用溶胶-凝胶法以(普通)玻璃为基底制备了摩尔分数为10%Fe掺杂In2O3的透明薄膜。分别用XRD、FE-SEM、UV-Vis和VSM对样品结构、形貌、透过率和磁性进行表征。XRD结果表明样品衍射峰为立方In2O3结构,无其它相。SEM图谱清晰说明薄膜致密,晶粒约为14 nm且分布均匀,无团聚现象。UV-Vis光谱测得样品在可见光内透射率高于80%,且Fe掺杂引起光学吸收谱红移。VSM结果表明样品具有室温铁磁性。 Transparent Fe-doped In2O3 thin film was prepared by sol-gel method on (general) glass substrate. The structure, morphologies, transmission and magnetic properties of the sample have been characterized by X-ray diffraction, fidd emission scanning electron microscopy, UV-Vis spectroscopy and vibrating sample magnetometer. XRD result indicated that the sample was single cubic In2O3 phase. FE-SEM clearly showed that the film was homogenous and composed of refining grain with an average size of 14 nm. UV-Vis spectrum indicated that the transmittance of the film was higher than 80 % in the visible light, and the Fe-doped In2O3 film arose the optical absorption spectrum red shift. VSM demonstrated the sample was (room temperature ferromagnetic.
