摘要 五环三萜皂苷作为皂草苷的糖苷配基,广泛分布于自然界,大多具有广泛的药理作用;近年来,有关五环三萜皂苷新的药理作用及其药代动力学研究已日趋活跃,为此,本文就国内外学者对五环三萜皂苷药代动力学研究进展进行综述。 Pentacyclic triterpene as the aglycon of sapogenin has been distributed widely in the nature, and mostly have the extensive pharmacological action. To exploited and utilizated the Chinese herbal medicine resource, the study on new pharmacological action and pharmacokinetics of pentacyclic triterpene has been activated for the past few years. The article summarized the study on pharmacokinetics of pentacyclic triterpene has been performed by domestic and overseas scholars.
