摘要
对环烷酸钴、硼酰化钴、新癸酸钴等钴盐粘合增进剂对高和低铜质量分数钢丝帘线与橡胶粘合性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,胶料中加入钴盐能够提高强伸性能和与钢丝帘线的初始粘合力及耐盐水老化能力,缩短胶料的正硫化时间,其中以环烷酸钴最好;低铜质量分数的钢丝帘线与高铜质量分数钢丝帘线相比,初始粘合力及耐热氧老化性能较好。
The influence of the adhesion promoters,such as cobalt naphthenate,cobalt boroacylate and cobalt neodecanoate on the adhesion between rubber and steel cord with high or low mass fraction of copper in its plate was studied.The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break,the initial adhesion with the steel cord and the aging property in salt water of the compound improved and the optimum cure time shortened by adding cobalt salts,especial cobalt naphthenate;the initial adhesion strength and the heat and oxidative aging property of the steel cord with low mass fraction of copper in its plate were better than those of the steel cord with high fraction of copper in its plate.
