Discussion on Risk Prevention of Poverty Right Caused by Corporate Merger and Acquisition

对公司并购和产权的概念进行了分析界定,分析了导致产权不清的原因,并针对这些原因提出要理清产权归属应该注意的问题。

Corporate merger and acquisition is a good way to optimize the sources of enterprises in dltterent aepartments, but the indistinct property right, and further more the promblems of distribution become the bottleneck of development. In this paper, we analyzed the causes of indistinct property right, and gave some suggestions on these problems of poverty right.
