摘要
本文阐述了高校科技档案管理的重要性,在分析目前高校科技档案管理现状的基础上,从制定行之有效的管理制度、提高档案管理人员的业务素质、增强科研人员的归档意识、树立开放服务意识和牢固树立为科研服务的观念等五个方面提出了加强高校科技档案管理的对策。
The paper expounds the importance of sci-tech archives management in Colleges and Universities. On the basis of analyzing the current situations of sci-tech archives management in institutions of higher learning, the article puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen sci-tech archives management by the ways of drawing up the effective management systems, increasing the managers＇ professional qualities, enhancing the researchers＇ filing consciousness, establishing the open service sense and building up the ideas of serving the scientific researches firmly.
