骨质疏松症的遗传学研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 骨质疏松症是由多个微效基因及多种环境因素共同作用所致的一种全身性骨骼疾病,是我国重要的公共卫生问题之一。骨质疏松症的遗传学研究已成为骨生物学研究最为活跃的研究领域之一。本文就骨质疏松症的连锁研究、候选基因关联研究及全基因组关联研究的进展进行简要综述,并对研究中存在的问题及今后的发展方向进行了简要的总结。
