雾化SCA改性花岗岩/水泥浆界面的拉拔试验研究

摘要 提出用硅烷偶联剂(SCA)喷雾法改善花岗岩/水泥浆界面的思路,以节约 SCA 用量,简化改性工艺,并提高施工质量。对花岗岩板喷洒不同浓度的硅烷偶联剂水解液,再浇水泥砂浆,制成拉拔试件。试验结果表明,喷雾法使花岗岩/水泥砂浆界面强度显著提高,其中1%浓度时拉拔强度提高了93%。 Using atomized sitane coupling agent (SCA) to modify the granite/mortar interface can simplify modification process, improve construction quality and save SCA. Hydrolyzed SCA solution was sprayed onto the surface of a granite plate. Then Portland cement mortar was cast on the SCA modified surface. Test results indicated that the pull- off strength of the atomized SCA modified granite/mortar interface increased significantly. When the concentration of SCA solution was 1% , the interracial pull-off strength increased by 93%.
