摘要
目的:观察复方雪莲软胶囊(FXSC)的抗炎、镇痛药效作用,为临床应用提供实验依据。方法:采用角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀试验和大鼠佐剂性关节炎试验,观察其抗炎作用,采用醋酸致小鼠扭体试验观察其镇痛作用。结果:FXSC可减轻角叉菜胶致大鼠足跖肿胀和减轻佐剂致原发性人鼠右后足踢肿胀,显著减少冰醋酸所致小鼠的扭体反应次数。结论:FXSC具有较好的抗炎、镇痛作用,为临床应用提供了参考。
Objective： To assess the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Compound Xuelian Soft Capsule and To provide an experinental foundation for clinical application.Methods ： The anti-inflammatory effect was determined with the models of the rat carrageenin paw edema and adjuvant arthritis.The analgesic effect was determined with mouse writhing test.Results： The Compound Xuelian Soft Capsule showed significant inhibitions of carrageenin induced paw edema and adjuvant arthritis in rats, and obviously reduce the mice writhingtimes causing by glacialacetic acid.Conclusion： the Compound Xuelian Soft capsule has theproperties of anti inflammation and analgesia, the results provide reference for clinical application.
