民族药千里光薄层色谱鉴别方法的研究

Study on the Identification of TLC for Chinese Herbal Medicine Groundsel

目的:建立千里光的薄层鉴别方法。方法:采用不同的展开系统对千里光进行了薄层鉴别的研究。结果:以醋酸乙酯-甲醇-甲酸(15∶9∶1)为展开剂时,分离效果较好。结论:此法具有简便、专属的特点,可用于千里光药材的鉴别。

Objective To establish a TLC identification method for Groundsel.Method Did research of TLC to groudsel through different deloyment systems. Results Ethyl acetate- methanol -formic acid （15：9：1） was used as the developer , it has good separation effect .Conclusion The method is simple and special, it can be used as ldentificat for Groundsel.
