摘要
叙述了焦炭塔进料管焊缝开裂的情况,分析了产生裂纹的原因,主要是由于温差应力引起,焊缝承受高温应力与常温应力的低周疲劳载荷,达到了疲劳极限而突然发生断裂,并对采取的相应安全措施做了概述。
This article explains that weld crack on feed lines of coke tower is caused by temperature difference stress,and introduces corresponding safety measures.It is suggested that the weld will crack when it reaches fatigue limit as a result of the low cycle fa- tigue of temperature difference stress between high temperature and normal temperature.
