摘要
以湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂这种常见的腐蚀形态为例,介绍了风险检验的应用过程及方法。湿硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂是一种常见的腐蚀形态,危害较大,以往常规检验存在许多不足的地方。采用风险检验(RBI)以后,企业能够对设备的风险有很好的把握,在满足条件时还能延长检验周期,降低企业运营成本。提高企业的竞争力。
This paper takes wet H2S SSCC as an example to intro- duce the method and process of risk inspection.As a common form of corrosion,H2S SSCC is very dangerous.Risk-based Inspection (RBI) can control the risk of each equipment and pipe,prolong the inspection period,reduce the operating cost,and improve the com- petitive power of enterprises.
