摘要
针对培训效果评估的实际,提出采用柯克帕特里克培训评估模式,结合模糊综合评价方法,以及一定的评判准则,进行职工技术培训评估,并设计了模型实例,为铁路运输职工技术培训效果评估提供一条新思路。
Aiming at the reality of training effect evaluation, the authors suggest to do the staff training effect evaluation by using Kirkpatrick model and combing with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and some specific evaluation criteria. The evaluation model is designed in the paper and thus a new method is put forward here for the staff training effect evaluation of railway transport.
