摘要
目的:研究妇产科生产实习中PBL方法的应用效果。方法:随机选取PBL模式实验班和传统教学对照班。采用实际病例予以评估。结果:实验班临床技能与对照班无明显统计学差异(p>0.05),但出科考试及其中笔试、口试分数显著优于对照班(p<0.05,p<0.01)。结论PBL教学在培养学生临床思维方面显著优于传统教学模式,且不影响学生对临床技能的掌握。
Objective: To investigate the effect of PBL applied in the second phase of clinical practice of gynecology and obstetrics. Methods: PBL class and traditional teaching class were selected randomly. The teaching effect was assessed by term examination using real case. Result: The scores of term exam, and the written examination and the oral examination of PBL class were higher than those of control class (p〈0. 05, p〈0. 01), while the scores of the clinical skills exam had no significant difference (p〉0. 05). Conclusion: PBL teaching method has no effect on grasp of the clinical skills, but has more advantage in the training of clinical thinking than traditional teaching method.
