摘要
在医学微生物学教学中,采用细菌学、病毒学各论进行PBL教学,课堂讨论主要分为课前讨论、课堂发言、教师小结、课后反思等步骤。学生对教学效果的评价,多数学生认为病例合适、课堂组织较好、整体收获较高。不同小班由不同教师带教,学生整体收获差异不大。
Objective: To investigate how to use PBL in medical microbiology course and to evaluate the effects of PBL courses. Methods: Bacteriology and virology were selected to use PBL teaching. Cases about typical diseases caused by typical microbe were discussed. The PBL course includes several steps: discussing before class, presenting in class, summary by teachers and rethinking after class. 178 students were divided into five classes taught by different teachers. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire. Results: Most students agree that the cases are appropriate; PBL enhances their gathering information from various sources; and they could learn a lot in the curriculum. Different classes taught by different teachers show similar results. Conclusion: It is successful to use PBL in the bacteriology and virology courses. Teachers in PBL course are not as much important as in traditional courses.
