Analysis of examination paper quality and examination result of basic clinical laboratory medicine

目的:分析临床检验基础期末考试试卷质量和考试结果。方法:采用试卷分析与评价指标,对青岛大学医学院2004级临床检验基础期末考试试卷进行评价,并对学生考试成绩和失分原因进行了分析。结果:这套试卷的整体难度系数(P)为0.78,试卷信度(α)为0.81,区分度(D)为0.37。学生平均成绩为(78.0±15.4)分,及格率为93%,优秀和良好率为56%。基础知识不扎实、基本概念不清是学生失分的主要原因,而学生的综合分析能力较强。记忆型、概念型和综合分析型题的失分率分别是24.5%、31.7%和14.1%。结论:这套试题具有良好的区分能力和可靠性,能较好地反映学生的真实水平,对改进教学方法和提高命题水平有重要意义。

Objective： To analyze the terminal examination paper quality and the examination result of basic clinical laboratory medicine. Methods： Using the examination paper analysis and the evaluating indicator, the terminal examination paper of basic clinical laboratory medicine in 2004 grade was evaluated, and the examination result of students and the reasons of lost points were analyzed. Results： The difficulty coefficient （p） of the examination paper is 0.78, the degree of confidence （a） is 0.81 and the discrimination （D） is 0.37. The students＇ average result is 78.0±15.4 and the examination passing rate is 93%. The outstanding and good rate is 56%. The elementary knowledge not solid and the basic concept unclear are the primary causes which make the students lose points, but the students＇ generalized analysis ability is stronger. The rate of lost point of memory, concept and generalized analysis items are 24.5%, 31.7% and 14. 1%. Conclusion： The examination paper has the good differential capacity and the reliability. It could reflect students＇ real horizon, and has the important significance to improve the teaching method and raise the proposition level.
