摘要
目的探讨在产科实施阶段性责任制健康教育的方法和效果。方法根据产妇住院阶段实施健康教育,制订产妇住院期间不同阶段的健康教育内容以及产科健康教育实施表。住院的全过程责任到人,落实和接受情况由宣教者及受教育者双方签名,纳入护士的工作职责及质量控制,并进行实施前后的效果比较。结果在护士人力资源不变的情况下,实施阶段性责任制健康教育后产科健康教育的覆盖面达100.00%,产妇母婴康复保健知识的认知度高于实施前(P<0.01)。无护理投诉、纠纷发生。护理综合质量连续2年位于全院前3名。结论阶段性责任制健康教育纳入护士工作职责及护理质量控制,能有效保证健康教育的落实,促进工作质量的提高,确保母婴安全。
Objective To explore the method and outcome of the stage - based and responsibility - focused health education in obstetrical department. Methods The health education content fnr lying - in women at the different stages of hospitalization,as well as obstetrical department health education conduct form was designed. According to the stage of hospitalization,the health education was undertaken by assigning responsibility to nurses throughout the whole care process in hospital with mutual signatures made by health education providers and receivers. All these tasks were included in nurse job responsibility and under the care quality control. The data of before - and - after intervention were analyzed. Results After intervention, health education in obstetrical department covered 100.00% of lying - in women although the nurse workforce was inadequate. Lying - in women ' s understanding towards mother and baby care was significantly increased after intervention( P 〈0.01 ) ,and without nursing complain or dispute. The comprehensive quality of care in obstetrical department kept within Top Three for two consecutive years in the whole hospital. Conclusion The stage - based and responsibility - focused health education, which is included in nurse job responsibility and under the care quality control, could ensure the success of health education, facilitate nursing quality improvement and contribute to maternal and infant safety efffectively.
