压疮危险因素评估表在癌症晚期患者中的应用

Application of pressure sore risk checklist to care for cancer patients at the later stage

目的探讨诺顿评分联合Waterlow’s压疮危险因素评估表在癌症晚期患者预防压疮中的应用方法与效果。方法对227例癌症晚期患者采用诺顿评分初筛,≤14分的患者使用Waterlow’s压疮危险因素评估表再次评估,根据评估结果采取预防措施。结果患者压疮发生率明显减少。结论联合使用诺顿评分及Waterlow’s压疮危险因素评估表,并及时采取预防措施,可以降低压疮发生率。

Objective To explore the application of pressure sore risk checklist which combined Norton Score and Waterlow＇ s pressure score risk assessment to care for cancer patients at the later stage,and its outcome. Method Two hundred and twenty - seven cancer patients at the later stage were primary screened by Norton Score and the patients whose score were 14 and under were re - assessed by Waterlow＇ s pressure score risk checklist. The preventive measures were used for these patients. Result The incidence rate of pressure sore was greatly decreased after using pressure sore risk checklist. Conclusion The incidence rate of pressure sore could be reduced when utilizing Norton Score and Waterlow＇ s pressure score risk assessment,as well as undertaking preventive strategies.
