PICC置管中存在的护理问题及原因分析

Analysis on the nursing problems and relating reasons among patients with Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter

目的减少PICC置管过程中的护理问题,降低置管的风险。方法对我科102例PICC置管病人发生的13起护理问题进行原因分析,并制订防范措施。结果发生护理问题的原因包括:置管护士资质、经验不足;置管前未履行有效的告知;置管后护理维护不规范;非专业人员维护置管等。结论实施严谨的操作流程和有效的风险管理,可以降低置管护理问题的发生。

Objective To reduce nursing problems and risks among patients with Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter （PICC）. Method The possible reasons resulting in nursing problems in 13 cases from 102 patients with PICC were retrospectively analyzed. Then,some improvement measures were proposed. Result The main reasons resulting in nursing problems among patients with PICC were ranked as deficiency of qualification and experience among nursing staff,insufficient informed information for patients before catheterization,nonstandard nursing care after catheterization. Conclusion In order to ensure nursing safety and reduce the rate of nursing problems,it is suggested to implement strict procedure and effective risk management for patients with PICC.
